Very nice compiled list!
Screencast-o-matic is really good compared to Jing IMHO.
I think ActivePresenter at http://atomisystems.com should be in this top 10 list too. It allows adding voiceover, callouts, annotations, videos, quizzes…

But what about Screen Toaster? Do you by any chance know why it isn’t possible to download that freeware screen cast program?
