To start with this article, let’s get Wikipedia’s definition about “crowdsourcing”:

Crowdsourcing is the act of outsourcing tasks, traditionally performed by an employee or contractor, to an undefined, large group of people or community (a “crowd”), through an open call.”

In other words, if you have an in-house task or something you are not able to accomplish by yourself or just don’t have time to do it, get it out there and have someone else do it for you. Crowdsourcing has become a major trend in providing good quality services for affordable prices through a huge, worldwide network of professionals.

Today you can achieve almost anything you wish using crowdsource – and we mean it.
